Policy Statement

Shipping:   

• Special Order Items: will be shipped with in 4 to 6 weeks, unless otherwise notified.
• In Stock Items: will be shipped within 5 working days. If an item is out of stock, you will be notified by E-mail, and all back orders will be shipped with in 4 to 6 weeks.

Discounts:

• Discounts: for Registered Units. Billing will be adjusted, before we process your order. The unit number, U.S. or C.S., and the Commander's name must be included in the Comments section of the order form in order to receive the appropriate discount.  If you need to register a unit, please go to our home page.

Returns:

• Unused items:  We accept returns on all UNUSED items if returned within 14 Days due to manufacturing defects, if returned within a reasonable amount of time and the item shows no evidence of misuse or tampering.  In order to receive a Cash Refund, we require the original sales slip or credit card slip.  All credit card purchases will be credited back to your credit card

• Special Ordered Clothing:  We will repair or alter special ordered clothing made by us, and fails to meet your requirements providing:

•     A.  The item is new (still unused) and has not been laundered

•     B.  The item has been returned within 14 days of purchase.  (Please allow up to 4 or 5 weeks for alterations.

• No Cash Refunds:   No cash refunds on used or consignment items or special order clothing once the item leaves the store.  (We will repair or alter only)
